'Twas the Night Before Jausty

‘Twas the night before Jausty and at OMG,
All of us were wondering where J&A might be.
The digital dance had us scratching our heads,
But then pictures with Reese gave us a case of the dreads.
In the past year the fandom’s been so up and down,
With so many reasons for us all to frown.
There have been some moments to make us all smile,
Borders and biking made the tumult worthwhile.
We’ve enjoyed watching J&A acting this year,
Zodiac, JFC, Rendition, and FNL gave us good reason to cheer.
The friends here are why we keep coming back,
They sustain us through times when of pap pix there’s a lack.
So here’s hoping J&A are together today,
And a wish for some pix that include PDA!

Merry Christmas and happy holidays from Wicked and Santa Tinkerclaws!

And Tink cheer up you will get toys from Santa for wearing his hat for the picture.

I think Santa is mad at Tink. We got her a Santa plush toy one year and he was found with his lower half missing, disemboweled and face down, one arm reaching for the door. I told Tink this would not give her good Christmas karma! Poor Santa. He tried to escape!

Spesh and Wicked, thank you so much for this and for all your creative posts this year! Because of you we've received presents every day, not just on the holidays we celebrate.

For everyone here who celebrates Christmas, have a wonderful evening tonight and day tomorrow! I'll be thinking of all of you here and of course J&A, hoping for a holiday filled with lasting memories.

What a lovely, lovely post Wicked; the passage I quoted above rings so true to me. And today's song is a pure delight to the hear.

We got her a Santa plush toy one year and he was found with his lower half missing, disemboweled and face down, one arm reaching for the door.

I once bought a $35.00 giant multicolored plush octopus to one of my poodles in the hope that its mere size would ensure the "endless hours of fun" guaranteed on the label. It was ruined in 5 hours - which, given dogs' life expectancy, probably feels like "endless hours" anyway (sigh).

Another busy day; as I said to Tom I'll be back tomorrow with my Christmas wishes (but I'll probably take a quick peek once in a while).

One last question to Wicked: how long did that hat stay on Tink's head? My guess: 3 seconds, just enough time to take that photograph! ;) :D

Great post, Wicked - sometimes it is a trial being a TB, but at least we have you guys! ;)

The picture of Tink is adorable. Funny post at 8:17 - please don't sic Tink on Santa again this year! ;)

Just de-lurking long enough to wish all a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Some exceptional love and thanks to Special and Wicked for keeping us supplied with thougthful discussion and a place to be together.

Much love for strangers and friends, and hope for a New Year that's filled with Jausty goodness, because I still believe.

Actually Tink kinda likes hats. She wore the Santa one for about 5 minutes and I have a Philadelphia Eagles football for her that she wears on game days, all day.

Giusi, YAY!!!

Santa knows I am the queen of quite a lot and I expect lots of gifts this year because I have been GOOD! Okay, I wasn't good, but I wasn't the worst either. So I want plush toys! STAT!!!

^^That's sounds very good, Tinkerbell, and worthy of many gifts!

Guisi, what a Christmas present that will be. :)

Thank you for the welcome respite Tinkerbell. You've just made my yapping-happy dogs speechless with admiration for a good 15 minutes.

:* :* :* Guisi!

I'm hoping Giusi using "I Never Thought I Could Feel This Way for a Boy" by the Scotland Yard Gospel Choir for her new video! :)

^^I do too! I have fallen in love with that song - so full of the simple joy of love, which is how love should be. :')

Oh darling, new jaustin pic and new video "I Never Thought I Could Feel This Way for a Boy" song, Unfortunately, this video is very nostalgic but optimistic because even though we spent a year between high and low, we are always optimistic!

Thank you guisi. That was beautiful. A couple of things which I noticed with a lot of attention make me feel so good. First in Lakers 1 it is amazing how Jake is leaning into Austin. He looks like he wants to be as close to him as he possibly could get. I also noticed the couple of shots from the first game when Austin is looking at Jake. Never noticed that before. These pictures in contrast with how rigid both Jake and Austin look with their so called dates and GFs is amazing.

Thanks again guisi. I hope we have more J and A pics from 2008 to share next year. That is my Christmas wish for OMG and WFT and all tbs.

I also wanted to say my favorite BBM love scene was the second one in the tent it so was tender and beautiful. Either Jake is the best actor in the world or he just totally enjoyed what he was doing.
I loved that kiss.

And so say all of us, tom *

Thank you giusi - it was a little bit sad. I so hope we see them again. Reversing the photographs and making some of them sepia was so effective.

Thank you wicked for this lovely post and carol.

LOL, I was replying to your previous one, Tom - but yes to the tent scene too :D

Giusi, I love your videos and I really thought you couldn't top your video to "Never Let Me Down Again." I love that one! But this new one is your best ever. Thanks so much for making this and sharing it with us.

Just coming out of lurking mode to wish everyone at OMG a very Merry Christmas. And to thank Special K and Wicked for all the great posts they have given us lately.

Thanks also Giusi for your video. It makes me very sad to think we might never see these two together again and I hope that will not be the case! Here's to having some better J and A news in 2008.

Thank you....thank you so much! It's fantastic to share with you my emotions, it's fantastic because you seem to understand everything very well and this gives me joy! Yes, Jake is tilted in Austin in ostentatious! Nobody without a more intimate contact that would, to understand very well that level of intimacy they had come not so much to be able to retain, it is sweet and melancholy, but all of us hope that those days come back soon.
The second one in the tent: how can I say? It is simply harrowing and wonderful, wonderful and incredible! I cried several times, not only because BBM has entered the heart, but because one scene in particular encapsulates everything! It's love between Ennis and Jack with their ups and downs reminds me so Jake and Austin, hoping for a happy ending this time, as I wrote I hope for a better year for them...

Merry Christmas TinkerBabe!!! That's funny 'bout your Moms Santa toy story...guess they never figured out it was really me who tore it up. It's all your fault, you're such a little tart, you drive me wild when you tease me wearing that crazy Eagles hat. Are our plans still on for tonight? My Dad's away so I'm free as a bird, no schedule or nothin. Hey maybe like before, you can slip some of those pills in the Moms drinks so they'll sleep for two days? Remember last time, when we had the run of the house and how we mated in their bed and they didn't wake up, didn't even know? And they never suspected a thing, they thought they slept for so long because of some bad salad or somethin like that. Whoo-hee!!! Man, that weekend was great!!! So leave that door unlocked and give me the signal when the Moms are asleep, okay Babe? I'm bringing you a big juicy bone! And we can share it!!!

PS I got some good gossip about Dad too, but it's just between you and me.

PS You look HOT in that picture. Growl.

I do NOT share, fool! That bone is all MINE! Oh, and Merry Christmas.

Potter took the new Santa toy into the hallway and is trying to guard him. Santa's beard is already gone. We don't want to think about where Rudolph's nose is right now.

Love your poem, Wicked, especially the last 4 lines. I feel as though it’s Christmas morning and I’m opening a gift every time I come to OMG and see a new post. I can’t thank you and Special enough for creating this wonderful site.

And thank you Giusi for your beautiful video. I hope we get a lot of new photos in 2008 to inspire you again.
