When I saw this picture of Jake and Naomi on Perez Hilton, I started wondering when the last time was that Jake was photographed with Naomi. So I started searching IHJ. I found this pic from 6/15/07. There's another from 6/16, but this one's better. Compare the two pics. Naomi really is looking fab these days!

Well, the two feudin' castmates recently hit the Smart House in Venice, where celebs like Kate Hudson and Jessica Biel have come to check out their eco-friendly cars. It was a five-day shoot for the flick, and one on-set source said Vince was hangin' in the backyard area between takes during some of the test-drives. Guess the two boppin’ babes have smooched (not for the cameras) and made up. Reese sure has a way with that fake-nice stuff, fer sure.

Great post, Wicked! It is nice to see Jake out with family again – makes me feel more hopeful about us seeing him out and about with some of the other “significant” people in his life. And Naomi does look good.

Happy Belated Birthday, Tom!
One thing about Jake is the great relationship he has with his family and close friends. They are his support and sounding board, it is wonderful to see him out with them again.
That was one of the puzzling things to the last few months. For someone who is almost always seen with family and very close friends and then to see him with no one was disconcerting. Naomi looks great and it is great that Jake and his mom enjoy hanging out together no matter what coast.
Hopefully we will get a picture of Jake and Austin again, and soon.

Wow, I didn't realize it had been that long since we'd seen Jake with family, and I don't think it is a coincidence that all of those pictures are from the same time-period. His family really did "disappear" around the same time Austin did.
I guess the lack of pictures means Stephen is no longer his dad and Maggie is no longer his sister.

Is this complete fan fic or what? First off, Jake was in NYC on Christmas Eve but more important, the Ryan thing is completely ridiculous. He seemed completely uninterested in reconciling with Reese (remember how quickly he refuted the Page Six rumor of Ryan/Reese reuniting while Reese said nothing). He has clearly moved on with Abbie and if there's anyone he'll be marrying this year, it will probably be Abbie (who he's doing another movie with).

Interesting story from New Zealand. It does leave out the fact that Ryan does not seem interested in the slightest in getting back together with Reese. And the fact that it really appears that Jake and Reese did not spend Christmas together.

I wonder if they booked this cover story thinking she would be in contention for awards run for her role in Rendition.
Otherwise she has no reason to be on a magazine cover. Certainly not Penelope which is more of a small indy movie. It won't get a wide release and then it will be on DVD before you know it. It's not a cover worthy project.

What happended to the $3000 necklace Xmas gift story? Actually I liked that story since the $3000 gift would imply friend. You dont buy a lover who makes $20 mil a picture a $3,000 item. $30,000 would be more like it.

Honestly, the only thing that offends me in any of these articles is when they talk about Jake and the kids and make it sound like he's actually their father.
Jake bought the kids the one thing they really wanted for Christmas. Jake is so wonderful with the kids. Jake took them trick or treating. Jake is father of the year.
Here's a clue. Jake is not actually a father and all the enthusiasm in the world, a niece, a goddaughter etc does not change the fact that Jake has not yet had to raise a child, nor actually been tested by one. Even in a real relationship, he would not yet be involved in making decisions about the kids' lives.
But these kids have a father who is active in their life and by all accounts he is a good father.
So that's the only part that offends me.
